Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations are subject to a handling fee of $50. Your deposit, less the handling fee, will be returned if the reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Due to the fact that most of our traveling guests book two or three months in advance, guests canceling less than 45 days before arrival will receive refunds only if the unit is rebooked for their reserved dates. We make every effort to rebook any cancellations but we recommend you purchase travel insurance if unsure.

Payment is due IN FULL 60 days prior to check in. You may pay with cash, personal check, company check, money order, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. A tax of 11.962% will be added to all rents (7.25% Transient Tax plus 4.712% excise tax), as well as a one-time, non-refundable service and handling fee of $35 for condos $50 for houses. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there will be a $25 return check fee added to your balance. A personal check is required for your security deposit and your security deposit will be returned in the form of a check. For condos a $500 rent/security deposit combined is required to hold your unit. For houses 50% of the total bill is required to hold the house with the security deposit portion paid by check.
